Ready to join us?\nTasks and responsibilities:\nContributing to the optimal functioning of the department;\n\nImproving productivity and efficiency;\n\nMaking proposals for changes in work execution, methods, and procedures with the aim of enhancing service delivery and increasing both internal and external customer satisfaction;\n\nMinimizing the number of errors;\n\nReducing lead times;\n\nEnsuring effective communication and collaboration within and outside the department;\n\nAssisting in the implementation of HR policies;\n\nRealizing the departmental planning;\n\nReporting to the Supervisor;\n\nTaking over various tasks in the absence or during the leave of the Supervisor;\n\nProactively contributing to the continuous improvement methodology.\n\nProfile:\nMBO-level working and thinking (intermediate vocational education);\n\nGood knowledge of logistics operations;\n\nExperience and skills in managing warehouse employees;\n\nSolid knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably PKMS);\n\nStrong communication skills and a positive attitude;\n\nExperience working with logistics processes;\n\nExcellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;\n\nExperience with implementing ISO 9001 quality procedures;\n\nFlexible, stress-resistant, and willing to work overtime during (and if necessary, outside) peak seasons;\n\nWilling to work in various shifts;\n\nImprovement-oriented, team player, customer-focused with a strong sense of business ethics.\n\nWhat do we offer ?\nWe offer a varied job with a high degree of independence and a pleasant working environment.\na varied job: no day is the same.
