Ready to join us?\nThis is a permanent, full-time position working 4on 4off, covering the hours of 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00, rotating each week with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers £12.91 per hour, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance of £3,900 annually\nMain Purpose of the Role\nTo undertake warehouse duties, as trained, relating to the flow of stock through the distribution centre from receipt through to dispatch. The role is responsible for ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining company standards for quality, productivity, and health & safety.\nTasks and Responsibilities:\nReceive, unload, check, and store incoming stock.\n\nAccurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.\n\nReplenish stock locations as required.\n\nLoad and unload vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.\n\nCarry out stock checks and inventory activities when required.\n\nEnsure all products are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage.\n\nOperate warehouse equipment in accordance with training and company procedures.\n\nComplete all tasks in line with operational targets and deadlines.\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.\n\nIdentify and report hazards, damages, shortages, or discrepancies.\n\nFollow all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.\n\nWork collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve operational objectives.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation.\n\nProfile:\nPrevious warehouse experience preferred.\n\nGood understanding of warehouse operations and processes.\n\nStrong awareness of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment.\n\nGood communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team.\n\nReliable, flexible, and willing to work rotating shifts.\n\nGood attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.\n\nTakes personal responsibility for work quality and safety.\n\nWhat do we offer ?\nOur people are at the heart of what we do.
