We are seeking a Campaign Data Analyst to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

What is this position about?

• Translate campaign requirements into segmentation logic, SQL queries, and executable workflows
• Execute campaign code and generate list pulls using established frameworks
• Validate campaign outputs through reconciliation checks, exploratory analysis, and edge case detection
• Perform statistical checks to confirm segment distributions, thresholds, and suppression logic
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for large-scale extraction and analysis
• Support ETL workflows in SSIS (Visual Studio), including job monitoring and troubleshooting
• Use Tableau and Looker for data validation and analytical slicing (not dashboard development)
• Identify opportunities to automate campaign execution and validation to improve reliability and reduce risk
• Ensure secure delivery and compliance through SFTP transfers, encryption/decryption, and governance standards

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for segmentation, extraction, and analytical validation
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and Visual Studio for ETL workflow execution
• Proven experience validating large datasets and performing analytical QA checks
• Familiarity with secure data transfer processes (SFTP, encryption/decryption)
• Background in marketing, CRM, customer data, or campaign operations
• Knowledge of Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or SciPy is a plus
• Experience with version control workflows (Git) and modernizing legacy data processes is preferred

How much experience must I have?

5+ years of experience in data analytics, campaign segmentation, data validation, or operational analytics roles, with strong hands-on SQL and ETL execution skills.
