For more information, visit www.blend360.com\nWe are seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.\n What is this position about?\nExecute and support enterprise Data Governance initiatives and governance processes end to end\nCreate and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures\nPerform data analysis and data profiling to identify quality issues and opportunities for improvement\nAssist with metadata management activities, including documenting and maintaining business and technical metadata\nLeverage AI-powered data governance tools to automate data classification and tagging, identify sensitive or non-compliant data, and support governance workflows\nMonitor data assets for compliance with governance policies, identifying potential violations and recommending corrective actions\nSupport the implementation and validation of AI-assisted data retention, archival, and lifecycle management policies\nValidate data governance controls and ensure compliance with established governance policies and regulatory requirements\nDocument business definitions, data rules, and governance requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders\nSupport data stewardship activities and contribute to improving data quality across critical data domains\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into governance documentation\nMonitor governance activities and contribute to continuous process improvements\nCommunicate governance updates, findings, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.\nApproximately 3+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Business/Data Analysis, or related areas.\nExperience with data governance platforms such as Atlan,Collibra, Alation, or similar governance workflow and metadata management tools.\nExperience in PII discovery and confidence scoring (required)\nExperience with data masking through AI agents (required)\nHands-on AWS experience, including S3, cleanup processes, Glue, AgentCore, and Lambda functions (required)\nKnowledge of CoCo and Cortex is a plus\nWhat about languages?\nAdvanced English (written and verbal) preferred.\nHow much experience must I have?\nApproximately 3+ years of professional experience in Data Governance, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Management, or related disciplines.\n Our perks and benefits:\nLearning Opportunities:\nCertifications in AWS (we are AWS Partners), Databricks, and Snowflake.\nAccess to AI learning paths to stay up to date with the latest technologies.\nStudy plans, courses, and additional certifications tailored to your role.\nAccess to Udemy Business, offering thousands of courses to boost your technical and soft skills.\nEnglish lessons to support your professional communication.\nTravel opportunities to attend industry conferences and meet clients.\nMentoring and Development:\nCareer development plans and mentorship programs to help shape your path.\nCelebrations & Support:\nSpecial day rewards to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and other personal milestones.\nCompany-provided equipment.\nFlexible working options to help you strike the right balance.\nOther benefits may vary according to your location in LATAM.
