For more information, visit www.blend360.com\nWe are seeking a Senior FullStack Engineer to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.\n What is this position about?\nLead backend architecture and API design using Python and Flask, owning service-layer ownership, code reviews, and backend pattern guidance across full-stack projects.\nDesign and implement scalable REST and async APIs with a focus on clean service-to-data-access separation and maintainability.\nProvide hands-on frontend development with React and TypeScript, collaborating closely with UI teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure seamless frontend-backend integration.\nArchitect and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP, leveraging Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager, IAM, logging, and monitoring for production-grade deployments.\nDesign and optimize database solutions using Google Spanner and SQL, including data modeling for relational structures and BigQuery for analytics and reporting use cases.\nImplement comprehensive testing strategies across the stack, including pytest for backend, Jest and React Testing Library for frontend, and Playwright for E2E testing.\nEstablish CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Docker, automating deployments, testing, and release processes.\nChampion security best practices, including dependency management via Snyk, secrets and configuration management, and secure development workflows.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows for code exploration, test generation, debugging, and developer productivity improvements.\nMentor junior and mid-level engineers on full-stack patterns, code quality, and technical leadership practices.\nOwn technical delivery across feature teams, ensuring alignment on architecture decisions, testing standards, and deployment readiness.\n Deep expertise in Python with strong proficiency in Flask or similar web frameworks for backend API development.\nStrong hands-on React and TypeScript experience with ability to build production-grade frontend features and collaborate on UI/UX delivery.\nProven experience designing and building REST APIs and service-oriented architectures with focus on scalability and maintainability.\nSolid understanding of SQL, database design, and data modeling best practices.\nPractical GCP experience including Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, and basic IAM and monitoring.\nExperience with comprehensive testing strategies: pytest, Jest, React Testing Library, and E2E testing frameworks like Playwright.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD practices, GitHub Actions, and Docker containerization.\nUnderstanding of security best practices including dependency management, secrets/config handling, and secure development workflows.\nAbility to operate as a technical lead, mentoring others and owning architectural decisions across full-stack domains.\nExperience or strong aptitude with AI-assisted development tools and workflows for improving code quality and developer productivity.\nGoogle Spanner or cloud-native database experience is a plus.\nBigQuery or data warehouse experience for analytics use cases is a plus.\nAgent-based or MCP tool integration experience is a plus.\nExperience with async/event-driven architectures is a plus.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure-as-code or Terraform is a plus.\nWhat about languages?\nEnglish: Advanced (required for effective communication with global teams)\nHow much experience must I have?\n5+ years of experience in Full-stack Development or related disciplines such as Backend Engineering or Frontend Development, with demonstrated expertise in leading technical delivery across multiple layers of the stack.\n Our Perks and Benefits:\nCompensation & Financial Benefits:\nChristmas Bonus.\nSaving Fund.\nFood/grocery vouchers.\nHome Office allowance.\nHealth & Insurance:\nMetLife Life Insurance with funeral coverage.\nMetLife Medical Insurance including dental discounts and vision plan.\nDependents optional with additional cost.\nTime Off & Holidays:\nVacation days with annual increases based on tenure.\nVacation premium.\nOfficial holidays by law.\nHoly week.\nDay of the Dead.\nChristmas Eve.\nWork-Life Balance:\nFlexible working options to help you strike the right balance.\nLearning Opportunities:\nStudy plans, courses, and professional development opportunities.\nEnglish lessons to support your professional communication.\nSo what are the next steps?
