You’ll partner closely with U.S.-based hiring managers and drive fast-paced, high-volume recruiting for innovative tech teams.\nThis role also requires strong knowledge of the local Mexican market to help support the expansion and growth of our team in the region.\nWhat you’ll do\nManage end-to-end recruiting across multiple technical roles and projects.\n\nHandle a large and dynamic interview pipeline, coordinating multiple stages, project reviews, and stakeholder meetings.\n\nSource and interview candidates across LATAM using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms.\n\nConduct screenings to evaluate English fluency, technical alignment, and cultural fit.\n\nPartner closely with U.S. hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout all stages.\n\nLead and manage kick-off meetings and follow-up communication to maintain alignment with stakeholders.\n\nMaintain accurate records in the ATS (SmartRecruiters experience is a strong plus).\n\nEnsure an excellent candidate experience and consistent follow-through across all interactions.\n\nGenerate tech profiles and conduct ongoing searches for job references.\n\nSupport the growth of our talent efforts in Mexico by providing guidance and market insights to the team based on local recruiting knowledge.\n\n Demonstrated experience in high volume technical recruiting (AI, Data, or Software) across LATAM and global markets.\n\nSkilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, including Boolean searches and advanced filters.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume pipelines while maintaining quality and organization.\n\nStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management across time zones.\n\nExperience recruiting within the local Mexican market, providing market insights and guidance to support team growth and regional expansion.\n\nProficient with AI sourcing and ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred).\n\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.\n\nBackground in Human Resources or related fields, with a focus on transparent and effective recruiting practices.\n\n Our Perks and Benefits:\nLearning Opportunities:\nCertifications in AWS (we are AWS Partners), Databricks, and Snowflake.\n\nAccess to AI learning paths to stay up to date with the latest technologies.\n\nStudy plans, courses, and additional certifications tailored to your role.\n\nAccess to Udemy Business, offering thousands of courses to boost your technical and soft skills.\n\nEnglish lessons to support your professional communication.\n\nTravel opportunities to attend industry conferences and meet clients.\nMentoring and Development:\nCareer development plans and mentorship programs to help shape your path.\n\nCelebrations & Support:\nSpecial day rewards to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and other personal milestones.\n\nCompany-provided equipment.\n\nFlexible working options to help you strike the right balance.\nOther benefits may vary according to your location in LATAM.
