Your primary responsibilities will involve setting up computers, configuring software, managing email systems, and offering comprehensive support to ensure seamless operations within our tech company. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of technologies and collaborate closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat will I be doing? \nTechnical Support and Troubleshooting:\nProvide tier 2 and 3 technical support, encompassing software installations, upgrades, configuration, and administration. \nOffer application support and guidance to internal system users, actively resolving technical issues. \nApplication Solution Development:\nCollaborate with internal team members to thoroughly understand application enhancement needs. \nResearch and devise optimal solutions to address business requirements, ensuring alignment with core enterprise systems. \nEmployee Onboarding and Offboarding:\nSupport and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including ordering, configuring, and delivering devices and accessories so employees are ready to work on day one.\nManage account provisioning and access setup for new employees, and handle equipment recovery and access removal during offboarding.\nCybersecurity Support:\nSupport the security team with day-to-day cybersecurity activities, such as assisting with access reviews and security awareness initiatives. \nHelp follow security best practices and escalate potential security concerns to the appropriate team. \nDocumentation and Training:\nCreate comprehensive documentation for all processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing. \nConduct training sessions as necessary to equip team members with the required skills and knowledge. \nAI Tools and Automation:\nUse AI tools to build small apps, scripts, and workflows that automate repetitive IT and business processes. \nPartner with teams to spot where AI and automation can save time, then prototype, test, and roll out practical solutions. \n What expertise do I need?\nBachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience \nExperience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems \nExperience with supporting Microsoft technologies such as O365 and Azure \nPrior experience supporting back-office applications such as a Financial ERP system \nHands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and low-code/automation platforms to build small apps, scripts, or workflows that automate processes\nWhat about languages?\nExcellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!\nHow much experience must I have?\nWe're looking for someone with 1+ years working with information technologies and systems analysis\n Our perks and benefits:\nEvery day lunches!
