The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initial idea through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nYour Day will Look like:\nCreate long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.\nDelegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.\nMake effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.\nServe as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.\nCommunicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.\nPerform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.\nAdjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a relevant field of studies\nMinimum 5 years of professional working experience in IT project management in ICT, Cloud, Telecommunications or Cyber Security related projects.\nFluency in oral and written Greek and English\nFamiliarity and/or hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar will be considered as an asset\nExperience working in large scale industries, such as Banking or Energy.\nCommunicating effectively in a structured manner, with all stakeholders\nProblem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner\nDemonstrating adaptability and managing changing priorities while meeting deadlines\nHandling confidential information by demonstrating high sense of professionalism\nHave relevant certifications (e.g., PMP,
