Our services are designed to enhance network coverage and simultaneously minimize the environmental footprint associated with multiple service providers each owning their individual towers nationwide.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Projects Team Assistant Manager \n\nLocation: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Summary\n\nBleuhey Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Projects Manager to oversee project planning, execution and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with required quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupervise project teams and coordinate contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.\nMonitor project progress, deliverables, costs and timelines.\nPlan, coordinate and implement projects from initiation to completion.\nManage client relationships, project communications and stakeholder expectations.\nDevelop project schedules, budgets, scopes and resource plans.\nEnsure projects meet agreed specifications, deadlines and budgetary requirements.\nPrepare and maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports and financial records.\nEnsure quality assurance, technical compliance and efficient resource utilisation.\nIdentify project risks, resolve operational challenges and escalate issues to management.\n\nRequirements\n\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings and understand technical project requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams and competing deadlines effectively.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.\nExcellent leadership, communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.\nA minimum of 5 years’ relevant project management experience, preferably in telecommunications, infrastructure rollout, construction or information technology.\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline.\nStrong client management, reporting and stakeholder coordination skills.\nStrong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management and quality assurance.\nProject Management certification is an advantage.\n\nSalary\n\nN300,000 -
