The role will include a focus on the defence of a broad range of tort claims, including public authority liability, product liability, professional negligence, institutional liability and defamation. Experience with class actions is also an asset. This is an opportunity for a lawyer with 2 to 3 years of litigation experience to take on meaningful file responsibility, gain direct client exposure and continue developing strong courtroom and advocacy skills within one of Canada’s leading disputes practices.
