As we continue to grow nationwide, Blibli OMG brings together innovation, partnership, and retail excellence to create better connections between customers and brands.\nAbout the Program\nThe Area Supervisor Development Program (ASDP) is a 12-months retail leadership accelerator designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduates for future Area Supervisor roles within Blibli OMG’s growing nationwide store network.\nThrough structured classroom learning, intensive store immersion, real KPI ownership, and coaching from experienced retail leaders, participants will learn how to manage store performance, lead frontline teams, solve operational issues, and deliver excellent customer experience in the gadget and IoT retail industry.\nWhat You Will Experience\n2 months of structured classroom development covering retail operations, leadership fundamentals, business acumen, analytical thinking, customer experience, and people management.\n10 months of store immersion where you will work directly in store operations, understand day-to-day execution, and take ownership of selected business KPIs.\nCoaching and mentoring from experienced Store Leaders, Area Supervisors, and retail leaders.\nExposure to real operational challenges, including sales performance, team coordination, customer handling, inventory discipline, and store compliance.\nLeadership evaluation and final assessment to determine readiness for future retail leadership roles. \nRequirements\nFresh graduates from any major, or candidates with maximum 1 year of work experience.\nBachelor’s degree graduates with minimum GPA 3.30.\nPassionate about retail, gadget/technology products, customer experience, and field operations.\nStrong in communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and execution discipline.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced store environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.\nWilling to be placed, rotated, and assigned across Blibli OMG’s store network in Indonesia.\nResilient, hands-on, target-oriented, and ready to lead from the field. \nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nAt Blibli OMG, you will not just learn about retail leadership from the classroom-you will experience it directly in the field.
