execution plans.\nManage and supervise external resources, including content creators, editors, freelancers, agencies, production houses, and interns.\nMonitor content production timelines, output quality, and resource allocation to ensure targets and deadlines are met.\nDevelop and optimize content workflows, processes, and operational standards to improve production efficiency.\nTrack content performance and production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and operational excellence.\nEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and business objectives.\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team\nBachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.\nMinimum 3 years of experiencein content production, content operations, creative production, or digital media.\nProven experience managing large-scale content production, particularly short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.\nExperience overseeing content output volumes of 800-1,000 pieces of content per monthor equivalent production scale.\nStrong understanding of content operations, content planning, production workflows, and content lifecycle management.\nExperience coordinating and managing external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, content creators, editors, and freelance talent.\nFamiliarity with content creation and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar platforms.\nStrong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
