You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, develop financial perspectives, and provide insights that support key corporate decisions.\nThe role will also have exposure to Investor Relations, providing an opportunity to understand how corporate strategy, financial performance, and capital market communication come together within a publicly listed company.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and corporate actions.\nSupport end-to-end due diligence by reviewing financial, commercial, and other relevant information and identifying key findings and considerations.\nSupport corporate actions and strategic projects, including potential M&A, investments, partnerships, capital raising, and other transactions.\nConduct company, industry, competitor, and capital market research to support strategic recommendations and management decision-making.\nPrepare investment analyses, management presentations, financial materials, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Finance, Legal, Corporate Secretary, Investor Relations, and other functions throughout the evaluation and execution of strategic projects.\nSupport Investor Relations activities and capital market-related materials when required.\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Equity Research, or a related field.\nStrong finance background with hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation.\nExperience supporting corporate actions, transactions, and/or due diligence processes.\nStrong understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze financial and business performance.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nComfortable working with numbers while being able to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.\nExposure to Investor Relations and/or capital markets will be a strong plus.\nStrong communication, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nYou’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, transactions, and capital markets.
