The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen, enabling them to not only build models but also understand the reasoning behind business decisions and drive tangible outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and maintain machine learning models to solve business problems across Revenue Intelligence, Supply Chain, and Personalization.\nAnalyze large datasets and generate actionable insights to support business growth.\nBuild predictive models for pricing optimization, recommendation systems, advertising optimization, and revenue uplift initiatives.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.\nWork closely with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to support model deployment and automation.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science (preferred), Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative fields.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experiencein Data Science or Machine Learning.\nStrong proficiency in Pythonand SQL.\nExperience building machine learning models end-to-end.\nFamiliar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred background from e-commerce, marketplace, technology, or digital companies.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nWe believe growth happens where people feel supported, trusted, and encouraged to improve continuously.
