You will work closely with business, engineering, and external partners to build and optimize affiliate capabilities that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth.\nThis role is responsible for product discovery, roadmap prioritization, requirements definition, delivery, launch, and performance evaluation across affiliate journeys, tracking, attribution, commissions, partner integrations, checkout, and payment experiences.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the Affiliate product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer value.\nGather and translate business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and success metrics.\nDrive development of affiliate capabilities, including referrals, tracking, attribution, commissions, vouchers, dashboards, APIs, and partner integrations.\nWork closely with Engineering, Data, Commercial, Payment, Checkout, Legal, GRC, InfoSec, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.\nEvaluate business and technical trade-offs and recommend the best product approach.\nManage end-to-end product delivery, including UAT, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring.\nAnalyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and overall business outcomes.\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team\n3-7 years of Product Management experience, ideally in e-commerce, marketplace or digital platforms.\nStrong understanding of affiliate, referral, partnership, or customer acquisition products.\nFamiliarity with attribution, tracking, commission models, APIs, SSO, checkout, and payment flows.\nExperience creating PRDs and translating business problems into scalable product solutions.\nStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and influence without direct authority.\nExcellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.\nWhy You'll Love Working Here\nAt Blibli, you'll work with passionate teams that value collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
