You will work closely with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions that improve inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, and fulfillment performance.\nThis role is responsible for product discovery, requirement management, roadmap prioritization, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous product improvement across warehouse management, fulfillment operations, inbound, outbound, inventory, and cold storage initiatives.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the WMS product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, operational efficiency, and customer value.\nGather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Logistics stakeholders.\nTranslate operational requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.\nPartner closely with Engineering teams to deliver scalable warehouse management solutions across inventory, inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, stock transfer, and fulfillment processes.\nDrive continuous improvements across warehouse operations by identifying process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.\nSupport strategic initiatives including Cold Storage WMS, fulfillment center expansion, omnichannel warehouse operations, and inventory management enhancements.\nAct as the key product liaison between business users and technology teams, ensuring operational requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.\nProvide timely support and response to operational issues, working closely with stakeholders to identify root causes and preventive actions.\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team\n5-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics, or Omnichannel Operations environments.\nProven experience owning or managing Warehouse Management System (WMS) products and functionalities.\nStrong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and stock movement processes.\nExperience gathering, documenting, and managing complex business requirements from multiple operational stakeholders.\nStrong documentation skills with the ability to produce structured PRDs, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.\nAbility to balance business needs, operational requirements, and technical constraints when making product decisions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nFluency in English is a must.\nWhy You'll Love Working Here\nAt Blibli, you'll work with passionate teams that value collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
