This role also requires strong leadership to develop a high-performing team and drive continuous innovation across the product portfolio.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and execute product sourcing, category, and procurement strategies to optimize product availability, cost efficiency, and business profitability.\nLead vendor sourcing, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships to strengthen supplier relationships and improve product competitiveness.\nDefine and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness and customer value.\nOversee RFQ processes, vendor performance, and procurement activities to ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence.\nAnalyze market trends, customer needs, product performance, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and drive category expansion.\nCollaborate with Sales, Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and deliver scalable B2B solutions.\nDrive strategic product initiatives, digital product capabilities, and commercial projects aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.\nLead, coach, and develop a high-performing Product Specialist team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team\nBachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.\n10-15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Procurement, Category Management, Business Development, or Commercial roles within B2B e-commerce, industrial supply chains, or agricultural/chemical distribution.\nProven experience in B2B product strategy, category development, and digital commerce, with the ability to scale product portfolios and commercial initiatives.\nExperience in the fertilizer or agricultural industry is a strong advantage, with at least 3 years of direct exposure to fertilizer products, agricultural inputs, or chemical distribution.\nStrong understanding of fertilizer products and agricultural markets, including product positioning, supplier landscape, pricing dynamics, and market opportunities, is highly preferred.\nExperience in commercial B2B sales, digital platform management, or corporate procurement for agricultural commodities or industrial products is highly preferred.\nDemonstrated success in taking B2B products or category verticals from strategy through execution and scale, delivering measurable commercial impact.\nProven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Commercial, Category Management, and Operations in an agile environment.\nExcellent commercial acumen, negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with the ability to influence strategic business decisions.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.\nWhy You'll Love Working Here\n\nAt Blibli, you'll have the opportunity to shape product strategies, build strategic partnerships, and drive meaningful business growth.
