This role goes beyond data matching - you will actively follow up on outstanding payments, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure revenue is fully recognized and collected. Your work directly supports cash flow, financial reliability, and management decision-making in a fast-paced operational environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMonitor and reconcile bank-in transactions, order data, and system reports to ensure revenue is accurately recorded and complete.\n\nPerform revenue reconciliation for fulfillment and distribution transactions, ensuring alignment between orders, billing, and payments.\n\nActively follow up on outstanding receivableswith internal teams or business counterparts to ensure timely payment collection.\n\nSupport reconciliation and validation of cost components related to FAS operations when required.\n\nIdentify discrepancies between financial records, operational data, and payment status, and drive resolution by coordinating with relevant teams.\n\nInvestigate root causes of reconciliation gaps and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\n\nPrepare reconciliation summaries, aging reports, and analysis for management review.\n\nCollaborate closely with Finance, FAS Operations, and Business teams to maintain accurate, timely, and reliable financial records.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25/4.00.\n\nMinimum 2 years o f experiencein Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliationor finance operations; experience in logistics or distribution is a plus.\n\nStrong attention to detail with proven ability to identify discrepancies, analyze root causes, and resolve issues effectively.\n\nHigh sense of urgency with sound judgment when working independently under pressure and tight deadlines.\n\nStrong analytical capability to extract, process, and interpret data for reconciliation and reporting purposes.\n\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excelfor data analysis and reconciliation.\n\nGood communication skills to support coordination and payment follow-ups with internal stakeholders.\n\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nWe believe growth happens when people are trusted to own their work, solve real problems, and continuously improve.
