Beyond hands-on development, you will contribute to technical architecture decisions, maintain engineering standards, and mentor junior developers to strengthen the team's technical capabilities.\nWhat We'll Be Working On Together\nDesign, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across multiple business domains to support business requirements and operational processes.\n\nDevelop new features and enhancements using Python and the Odoo framework, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability.\n\nBuild and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party applications using REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, and other integration methods.\n\nOptimize application performance, PostgreSQL database queries, and system scalability to ensure reliable system operations.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.\n\nConduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and apply software engineering best practices to maintain high-quality development.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, manage module migrations and upgrades across Odoo versions, and ensure system stability.\n\nContribute to technical architecture discussions and decision-making, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior developers to support continuous improvement.\n\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.\n\nMinimum 3 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Odoo/ERP development experience.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python programming and extensive experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise editions.\n\nStrong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.\n\nHands-on experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party applications using REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, or similar technologies.\n\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design principles, and application architecture.\n\nExperience with Git and modern version control workflows, as well as Linux environments and software deployment processes.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.\n\nExperience in technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and architectural discussions is highly valued.\n\nFamiliarity with Java and/or the Spring Framework is a plus.\n\nWe believe growth happens when people are empowered to share ideas, challenge existing approaches, and continuously improve.
