You'll be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization, while helping shape scalable and maintainable solutions for the future.\nWhat We'll Work on Together\nBuild and maintain scalable applications for Customer Service, Return, and Loyalty platforms.\nDevelop backend services, APIs, and system integrations using Java Spring Framework, while supporting frontend development using Vue.js.\nParticipate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nImprove system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through continuous optimization and engineering best practices.\nPerform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to ensure system stability and service availability.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment.\nContribute to both development and testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.\nLeverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and development efficiency.\nQualification\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.\nThis role is open for Fresh Graduates or up to 2 Years of relevant experience.\nStrong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and system design.\nHands-on experience with Java Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Vue.Js.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.\nGood communication skills and willingness to collaborate within a team environment.\nWillingness to learn, take ownership, and proactively contribute to engineering initiatives.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nWe believe growth happens where people feel safe to share, fail, and try again.
