At the core of this transformation, our warehouse operations play a critical role in ensuring that products move seamlessly from suppliers to customers across Indonesia.\nAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations within your assigned function - whether Inbound, Stock Control, Fulfillment, or Outbound. This role requires strong operational discipline, people leadership, and the ability to ensure that all warehouse activities comply with SOPs, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment.\nYour leadership will help ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently - supporting Blibli’s commitment to operational excellence as we continue growth - transforming together.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupervise and monitor daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, stock control, fulfillment, or outbound processes, based on assigned scope.\n\nReview and validate daily operational reports, including product receipt reports from suppliers and courier partners.\n\nEnsure all warehouse activities comply with established SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.\n\nEnsure products received are in good condition, meet expiration standards, and are complete according to PO or ASN requirements; reject non-compliant goods in line with SOPs.\n\nOversee GRN (Goods Received Note) creation and ensure all inbound documentation is completed accurately and on time.\n\nEnsure products are properly labeled, sealed, and stored according to storage and handling standards.\n\nCoordinate closely with Fulfillment teams to prioritize urgent orders, pre-orders, or acceleration of Status 3 inventory.\n\nInvestigate stock discrepancies or operational incidents, prepare reports or minutes, and recommend corrective actions.\n\nLead, coach, and manage warehouse teams to ensure productivity, discipline, and continuous improvement.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth end-to-end warehouse execution.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Team\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.\n\n1-2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role, with experience managing a large operational team.\n\nStrong understanding of warehouse processes including inbound, storage, stock control, fulfillment, or outbound operations.\n\nFamiliarity with GMP, GDP, ISO, 5R, and continuous improvement practices such as Kaizen.\n\nHands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\n\nConfident and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).\n\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nWillingness to work on-site and be placed at All Blibli's Warehouse Location.\n\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nWe believe growth happens where people are trusted to lead, supported to improve, and encouraged to collaborate.
