This role reports to the Facilities Manager, and will work closing with store teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure maintenance requests are completed efficiently, facility records are up to date, and stores remain safe and well-maintained.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with maintenance and repair services for all retail locations.\nManage facility work orders from start to finish.\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.\nRespond to urgent maintenance requests and help arrange emergency repairs.\nMaintain accurate records of repairs, equipment, warranties, and vendor information.\nSupport new store openings, remodels, relocations, and store closings.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nExperience in retail operations or facility maintenance.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and work order management systems.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience using ServiceChannel.\nBasic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.\nExperience coordinating projects.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to travel to retail locations (approximately 30%).\nAbility to occasionally lift 50 pounds.\nAbility to visit and inspect retail facilities as needed.\nKey Competencies\nOrganization and time management\nVendor relationship management\nCommunication and teamwork\nCustomer service\nProblem-solving\nAttention to detail\nAdaptability\nThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, building strong relationships with store teams and vendors, and working in a fast-paced environment.\nPay Rate:\nThe pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws.
