Perform preventative maintenance on conveyor system and other machinery and equipment.\nFacilities Maintenance - Install upgrades on new machinery/equipment as required. Perform PM/change out on lighting, HVAC components, plumbing repair. Assemble and repair carts, shelving, tables and other building projects.\nSafety - Demonstrate safe work habits including use of safety equipment, lockout/tag out procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, appropriate use of parts handling equipment and methods, correct disposal of waste and notification of hazardous conditions.\nDocumentation - Fully and accurately complete all required departmental documentation.\nSupport Maintenance, Production - Perform other tasks as assigned to support maintenance and production. May include, but not limited to, upkeep of maintenance crib and remote storage, periodic rack repair and construction.\nHousekeeping - Participate along with other employees to keep areas within the warehouse clean. Keep work area clean and organized; leave all machinery and areas worked clean. Keep the maintenance area swept and organized. Return all tools and unused materials to proper places.\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or equivalency\nValid driver’s license\nQualification Requirements:\nAbility to perform electrical installations and repairs ranging from low voltage DC up to three phase 480volts AC and the ability to interpret electrical schematics. Technical training or equivalent experience preferred.\nMust have solid mechanical aptitude and experience preferably with conveyor systems and the ability to read blueprints.\nMust have basic construction knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools.\nMust have basic computer skills.\nMust be able to work with minimal supervision.\nAbility to perform basic mathematical calculations.\nGood communication skills.\nAbility to interact effectively with people at all levels.\nAbility to lift 70 lbs.\nMust be willing to operate elevated lift equipment at heights.\nPay Rate:\nThe pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location.
