Oversee supply inventory levels for the warehouses and work with Supply vendors. Maintain vendor updates in all systems.\nResponsibilities:\nClerical duties, including data entry and system maintenance. \nAssist the IPS on special department projects\nMaintain integrity of supply inventory in the warehouse\nCoordinate and oversee accounts for Supply vendors: Office Depot, Uline, Amazon\nWork with Vendors to secure inventory\nMaintain and update Vendor information in all systems\nInvoice coding\nGenerate reports for review\nOther duties as assigned by Purchasing- Systems & Projects Manager\nFollow and support departmental policies and procedures. \nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalency\nProficiency in and knowledge of:\nPersonal computers, especially Windows, including Word, Excel.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to train and support:\nAS400 computer programs and PC based programs.\nHandle and coordinate multiple tasks at once.\nAbility to work well alone or with others with minimal supervision. \nPay Rate:\nThe pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location.
