This role helps connect talented individuals with opportunities at Blick, supporting our commitment to our customers, artists, associates, and the communities we serve.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across retail stores\nDrive candidate attraction efforts through strategic job advertising across job boards, social media platforms, community organizations, and school career centers\nSource candidates through talent networks, databases, social media, and educational partnerships\nReview applications and resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)\nAssist with pre-employment activities, including drafting offer letters, completing reference checks, and coordinating background checks\nResearch and leverage new recruiting channels while staying current on industry trends and best practices\nRepresent the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required \nExperience / Skills:\n2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role required \nExperience with candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks required\nDemonstrates sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion\nStrong communication skills both written and verbal\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft office suite specifically: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint\nWork Environment:\nHybrid, two days in office (Monday and Thursday) required\nOther Duties:\nThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate for this job.
