Digital Transformation Delivery Manager

Join Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, as a Digital Transformation Delivery Manager. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Blink for large-scale enterprise accounts, build relationships with executive stakeholders, and support the development of new professional services offerings. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, anticipate challenges, and deliver content to support implementations. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software implementation projects, strong project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Missions

• Lead and manage the implementation of Blink for large-scale enterprise accounts across all delivery phases, from planning to deployment to hypercare.
• Build and own deep relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, quickly establishing trust across large, complex organizations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support RFPs and prospect conversations, offering strategic insights and ensuring alignment between customer needs and our product capabilities.
