Join us!\nOverview\nThe Senior Analyst, Client Analytics develops insights that help pharmaceutical manufacturer clients understand program performance, prescription trends, and the patient journey. This role partners closely with Client/Account Management, Operations, Data Engineering and other teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that strengthen client relationships and drive program performance.\nThe ideal candidate combines expert-level SQL and data modeling skills with strong business acumen, client storytelling capabilities, and an AI-forward approach to analytics.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient & Patient Journey Analytics\nPartner with Client/Account Management to provide analytics supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer relationships, business reviews, and program optimization.\nDevelop and maintain client KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards focused on prescription, patient journey, and program performance.\nAnalyze script volume, conversion, fulfillment, abandonment, persistence, and other patient journey metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.\nConduct funnel, cohort, trend, and deep-dive analyses to understand where patients progress, experience friction, or fall out of the journey.\nEvaluate performance across dimensions such as product, program, channel, provider, payer, and geography.\nEstablish measurement frameworks and KPIs for new client programs and initiatives.\nInsights & Client Storytelling\nTranslate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Account Management and client stakeholders.\nSupport client business reviews and strategic discussions with compelling analytics and data-driven narratives.\nProactively identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities that strengthen client conversations and program performance.\nClearly communicate what happened, why it happened, and what actions should be considered\nData & Analytics\nUse SQL and data modeling to query, transform, and analyze large and complex patient and prescription datasets.\nDesign and maintain dashboards and analytical tools using Tableau and other BI platforms.\nPartner with Data Engineering to develop scalable patient, prescription, and client data models and ensure data quality.\nIdentify opportunities to automate and scale recurring client reporting and analytics.\nMaintain clear KPI definitions, business rules, and analytical methodologies.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.\n5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, client, or business analytics.\nExperience with pharmaceutical, pharmacy, patient services, hub services, or life sciences data strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated experience analyzing prescription, patient journey, or program performance and translating findings into business insights.\nExpert-level proficiency in SQL and data modeling.\nStrong experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms.\nExperience with patient-level, prescription, pharmacy, claims, or patient services data preferred.\nExperience supporting client-facing or Account Management teams preferred.\nExperience leveraging AI-enabled analytics and development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, MCP-based tools) to accelerate SQL development, data exploration, analysis, documentation, and workflow automation strongly preferred.\nPython or R experience is a plus.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex business questions.\nStrong understanding of patient journey and prescription performance analytics.\nExcellent data visualization, communication, and storytelling skills.\nAbility to translate technical findings into insights meaningful to pharmaceutical clients and business stakeholders.\nAI-forward mindset, with demonstrated curiosity and ability to incorporate emerging AI tools into day-to-day analytics workflows.\nAbility to identify opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline recurring analyses, surface insights, and improve analytics delivery.\nStrong attention to data quality, accuracy, and detail.\nCollaborative, curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.\nBlink Health is transforming how Americans access affordable prescription medications.\nIn this role, you’ll turn patient and prescription data into insights that help pharmaceutical manufacturer clients understand performance, optimize their programs, and ultimately help more patients access the medications they need.\nWhy Join Us:\n It is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
