As one of the first points of contact in a customer’s journey with us, you’ll help guide customers through the onboarding process, from their initial application through to establishing their accounts. You’ll work across digital and phone channels, answering questions, following up on applications and making the process as easy as possible for our customers.

  • Work closely with your tīma and internal stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

What’s in it for you?

This is a great opportunity to build your experience within banking and customer onboarding. You’ll be joining a supportive, growth-focused tīma where you can learn, develop and gain exposure to different parts of BNZ. Banking experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided.

  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Has a keen eye for detail and can work accurately.
