No two days are the same.\nMō te Tūranga | About the Role\nWe’re looking for an Associate to join our Onboarding tīma, to help create a seamless experience for customers joining BNZ. Demonstrated KYC/AML and customer due diligence experience is essential, including onboarding personal customers and assessing a range of entity types such as companies, trusts and partnerships, incorporated societies.\nAs one of the first points of contact in a customer’s journey with us, you’ll help guide customers through the onboarding process, from their initial application through to establishing their accounts. You’ll work across digital and phone channels, answering questions, following up on applications and making the process as easy as possible for our customers.\nThis is a permanent, full time role that can be based in Auckland or Wellington.\nFor internal reference, this is a Grade K role.\nDay to day, you’ll:\nManage customer onboarding requests through digital channels.\nSupport customers through the application process and respond to their questions.\nFollow up with customers by phone and digital channels to keep applications moving.\nReview active applications and ensure required follow-ups are completed.\nComplete customer due diligence activities in line with BNZ policies and procedures.\nWork closely with your tīma and internal stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes.\nLook for opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience. \nWhat’s in it for you?\nThis is a great opportunity to build your experience within banking and customer onboarding.
