Mō te Tūranga | About the Role We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager (Transact) to help shape engineering excellence across BNZ Technology and provide specialist engineering leadership to the CLR Programme and Transaction and Investments domain. This is a 24-month fixed term role. What are some of the day-to-day tasks the person in this role will complete? Define and embed engineering standards that drive quality, efficiency and consistency across BNZ Technology. Lead and develop the CLR Programme Transact capability as it scales across Business Term Lending, Home Lending, Coexistence, Migration and Upgrade, alongside Asset Finance. Work across Consumer Product & Services, platform and delivery teams to align engineering practices with our business and technology objectives. Use engineering metrics
