office in Australia.\nMaintain and operate highly skilled teams and act as a technical team leader for individuals in Vietnam and, if required, Australia in the future.\nMaintain sustainable systems and platforms by managing technology and risks in accordance with NAB standards and relevant regulatory requirements.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide technical leadership for the Digital Sub-Domain and be accountable for the on-time delivery of Sprint/SDLC epics and features.\nLead, coach, and mentor technology resources to uplift their skills and knowledge, enabling them to perform their roles effectively and build a high-performing team.\nDrive technical delivery with a focus on improving the speed, cost, and quality of outcomes, ensuring squads are aligned on objectives and outcomes.\nSupport and drive lean portfolio management across the Digital domains by linking business roadmaps with software and platform delivery.\nManage cross-functional, agile teams across business units to achieve planned targets.\nBe accountable for removing technical or delivery impediments that cannot be resolved at the squad level.\nManage financials to ensure the achievement of plans and drive CI/CD.\nDevelop market-leading capability through the strategic deployment of departmental resources, resulting in optimal resource allocation and successful Digital product development.\nContribute as a NICV expert and to NAB corporate IT leadership by building innovation in AI, Cloud expertise, and other relevant areas.\nAdvise and/or be responsible to stakeholders regarding the development, testing, deployment, and operation of NAB Digital services from NICV, Vietnam Innovation Center Vietnam.\nPerform other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or an authorised representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nExperience in Digital delivery within large, complex organisations operating in global services and workforce management, preferably within banking or financial services.\nA high level of practical expertise, combined with significant business depth and strategic vision, to effectively assess the potential value that can be delivered by IT systems.\nExperience managing and delivering multi-business-unit initiatives and large, complex programs involving multiple streams, regions, and vendors.\nExperience building, leading, and managing teams of more than 50 world-class engineers in a highly complex environment.\nAbility to navigate a large, complex organisation and build relationships with senior stakeholders through both informal and formal networks.\nAbility to lead a team that thinks and executes like a fintech while operating within the balance sheet and risk appetite of one of Australia’s largest banks.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively under stressful situations when required, with strong personal resilience.\nStrong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.\nCritical thinking and the ability to identify risks and areas of gaps and seek assistance when required.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with a high level of influence among peers and stakeholders.\nKnowledge of financial management, planning, and forecasting techniques.\nExperience in capacity management, resource allocation, and technical team leadership.\nAbility to track, measure, and continuously improve team performance.\nEXPERIENCE\nMinimum of 10+ years of experience working in financial services technology, ideally within a Tier 1 bank.\nMinimum of five years of experience in both technology change and operations, including triage management.\nMinimum of five years of experience managing technology teams of more than 30 employees.\nTechnical experience in development, design, architecture, and/or consulting.\nKEY STAKEHOLDERS\nTechnology Executives in Australia, India, and Vietnam.\nRisk Management Executives, including CISO groups.\nGeneral Director, NICV.\nKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS\nManagement and delivery of Digital Technology according to agreed plans and budgets.\nImplementation of security, risk, and
