This new experience is using target state technology and is intuitive and simple. With this backing, we have an opportunity to really shift the experience, giving our bankers modern, resilient and user-friendly platforms alongside the simplification of products and business process to make it much easier to serve our ngā kiritaki brilliantly.\nWhat attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this tūranga?\nExperienced Java developer (at an intermediate level): Practical experience delivering enterprise applications.\nExcellent communication and collaboration: Ability to clearly communicate ideas and designs to a diverse set of stakeholders.\nOperational Excellence: Monitor and resolve production incidents. Ensure systems remain current, resilient and meet Critical Hygiene Factors.\nWhat specific tech skills would be beneficial?\nBack End Development (Essential): RESTful APIs, Java Spring Boot / Batch / Cloud.\nFront End Development (Desirable): React, TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS and familiar with JSON & YAML.\nExperience with relational database and database transactions.\nExperience with testing frameworks, Junit, Jest & Playwright.\nExperience with containerisation, kubernetes.\nExperience building and deploying code via CI/CD pipelines.
