We’re looking for a Content Designer to research, design, and implement customer-centric content for our digital channels. The role has a focus on our website.\nIn the UX Content Team, it's our job to be the voice of the customer. That means designing clear pathways to information, producing seamless content and flows, increasing digital activation and usage, and championing user research to make informed decisions.\nWe work flexibly, and wellbeing is a priority at BNZ. We look after each other, both in the bank and in the UX Content team, and you can always bring your whole self to work.\nWhat are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?\nWorking closely with UX Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and development teams to craft clear, accessible, digital experiences.\nAttending project planning meetings and discovery workshops with stakeholders and wider team members.\nContributing to our content guidelines, processes, and design system.\nTranslating insights from user research and analytics into content solutions.\nEditing and collaborating on content with team members.\nWhat attributes will you need to be successful in this role?\nThe ability to think strategically about content, from an individual digital screen through to a systems level.\nExpertise and experience in writing clear, concise micro-copy for digital channels.\nA deep understanding of UX design and content principles, and best practices.\nExcellent stakeholder communication and management skills.\nAn understanding of accessibility for digital channels.\nExperience working with designers, researchers, and developers.\nBeing passionate about words and content strategy is a must!\nWhat is the team culture and environment like?\nThe two most important ingredients are fun and passion - we’re a tight-knit crew who love the work we do.
