As Blinq’s product offering expands, you’ll own how we acquire customers and scale revenue across those offerings, shaping where we invest and which growth opportunities we pursue.\nYou’ve built and scaled a performance marketing motion before, and you have the results to show for it. You know how to find winning creative, make Meta Ads perform and turn Shopify traffic into sales. You bring strong instincts from experience, plus the curiosity to keep testing them.\nYou’ll own the strategy, investment decisions and hands-on execution. That means thinking big about where growth will come from, then getting into the campaigns, creative and conversion data to make it happen. There’s room here to test bold ideas, scale what works and see your decisions directly shape Blinq’s growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSet the strategy and put it into action. Own the performance marketing roadmap across our product offerings, prioritising the audiences, channels and experiments with the greatest revenue potential.\n\nScale paid acquisition. Build, launch and optimise campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta Ads. Stay close to audience strategy, campaign structure, budgets and day-to-day performance.\n\nOwn investment decisions. Allocate and adjust spend based on commercial results, balancing growth with customer acquisition costs, return on ad spend and payback.\n\nTurn creative into a growth driver. Partner with design and brand to develop and test new concepts, messaging and formats, using performance insights to guide the next round.\n\nImprove the path to purchase. Optimise Shopify journeys, landing pages and offers, working with relevant teams to turn more traffic into customers and revenue.\n\nBuild a disciplined testing approach. Run experiments across channels, creative and conversion. Make clear decisions about what to scale, improve or stop.\n\nConnect marketing activity to business outcomes. Strengthen measurement and reporting so we understand what’s driving incremental customers and revenue.\n\nBring experience that lifts the work. Share what you’ve learned from scaling before and work across marketing, product and design to put those lessons into practice.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nA proven track record of generating revenue. You’ve built and scaled a performance marketing motion within a scale-up and can explain the results you personally delivered.\n\nDeep, hands-on paid acquisition experience. You’ve directly owned campaign execution and optimisation, particularly in Meta Ads, and know how to scale spend while maintaining commercial discipline.\n\nPractical Shopify experience. You understand the ecommerce purchase journey and have improved conversion from paid traffic through to checkout.\n\nA player-coach approach. You’re comfortable setting strategy, making investment decisions and getting into the platforms yourself.\n\nStrong commercial judgement. You understand return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value and payback, and use them to guide decisions.\n\nA sharp eye for performance creative. You know how to brief, test and iterate on ads, messaging and landing pages to improve results.\n\nAnalytical rigour. You can interpret campaign and customer data, question attribution and turn findings into clear actions.\n\nOwnership and pace.
