As we continue to grow, the people you hire will directly influence the speed, culture, and success of the company.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, enjoys sourcing and engaging high-caliber candidates, and wants to have a meaningful impact on building the teams that will drive Blinq’s next stage of growth across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn end-to-end recruiting from role kickoff to offer acceptance\nPartner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles\nProactively source and engage high-quality candidates across multiple channels\nBuild strong talent pipelines for key roles across Australia and the US (some early morning calls will be required)\nRun structured interview processes and ensure a great candidate experience\nProvide hiring managers with market insights and talent data\nImprove recruiting processes, tools, and workflows as we scale\nHelp strengthen Blinq’s employer brand and talent outreach\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n3-7+ years recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or a mix)\nExperience hiring for go-to-market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) or Product & Engineering\nStrong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates\nAbility to partner closely with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions\nComfortable working in fast-paced startup environments\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\nWhat you get\nEquity and ownership.
