So ... are you in?\nThe Role\nFlutter Functions Global Sportsbook & Trading (GST) aims to empower Flutter brands shaping the future of sports betting by helping to drive their success and growth. They will provide the transparency (via tooling), facilitation and optimisation of the product & software delivery machine within a value stream to ensure maximum effectiveness of the squads within the value stream. The role will optimise the delivery lifecycle to enable regular release of value, bring predictability to change and ensure delivery balances product, engineering, quality assurance, service operations and architectural goals.\nThe role will work in close partnership with the Engineering Manager, Quality Assurance, Product Manager, Architect / Principal Engineer and Service Operations to manage transformation and continuous improvement for their value stream and the squads within. The role will also coach the Engineering Manager and Product Owner in the continuous improvement of squads, and contribution of squad members to the delivery process.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nSupport autonomous, cross-functional teams to plan and deliver effectively through Agile and Lean practices\nPromote delivery discipline and a DevOps culture to ensure ownership from design to operations\nFacilitate delivery ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness\nTrack and analyse delivery metrics (e.g., cycle time, throughput, quality) to support continuous improvement\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Service Operations to align goals and manage dependencies\nCreate and maintain delivery roadmaps, surfacing blockers, progress, and value delivered\nIdentify and manage delivery risks, helping teams implement mitigation strategies\nDrive team coaching, improving ways of working, autonomy, and sustainable delivery\nEncourage knowledge sharing and support the development of the delivery community\nWe’d Like You To Master In\nAgile, Lean, and ideally DevOps practices applied in real-world software or infrastructure teams\nLeading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex environment\nDelivery tooling such as Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and dashboards\nWorking within cloud-native environments, particularly AWS, is a strong plus\nFacilitating team collaboration, decision-making, and continuous improvement\nApplying data and metrics to support delivery performance and team engagement\nTailoring communication to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders\nWhat You’ll Bring\nA track record of enabling high-performing software and/or platform teams\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders\nExperience balancing multiple streams of work while maintaining alignment and flow\nProblem-solving mindset, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity and change\nPassion for delivery excellence, system thinking, and continuous learning\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, AWS) are a nice to have\nEqual opportunities\nAt Blip, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
