toward optimized implementations, considering the technical details of the platform and Blip products.\nCollaborate with sales and Customer Success teams to unlock and develop new opportunities, deeply understanding business goals and industry trends.\nSupport internal teams and clients in designing solutions to ensure the best use of the platform, following processes and best practices.\nCreate functional diagrams for technical requirements.\nDevelop high-level flows (macroflows) that describe the end-user journey.\nDefine use cases focused on solving user problems.\nEvaluate the feasibility of conversational solutions.\nRequirements and Qualifications\nBasic knowledge of programming languages: JavaScript, etc\nAbility to communicate with both technical and business audiences.\nExperience with demonstrations and knowledge of technology trends in the sector.\nKnowledge of building and implementing REST APIs.\nExperience in customer-facing roles.\nClear and effective cross-functional communication.\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies.\nAutonomy and self-management skills.\nHolistic and analytical mindset at the intersection of user, business, and technology.\nAppreciation for collaborative work and openness to feedback.\nExperience in metric-driven environments and data-based decision-making.\nProficiency in English.\nNice to
