experience in Microsoft Teams integrations and a good understanding of how communication and voice functionality works in real-world products.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize backend services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.\n\nDesign and support integrations with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph API, and Teams communication APIs.\n\nBuild and enhance functionality for calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain Microsoft Teams bots hosted on Azure, including real-time activity processing and notifications.\n\nImplement and improve Teams activity feed notifications using Microsoft Graph API.\n\nDevelop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.\n\nDeploy, configure, and manage bots and backend services on Azure (Bot Service, App Service, AKS).\n\nConfigure bot authentication, authorization, and permissions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\n\nTroubleshoot production issues, monitor system performance, and ensure service reliability.\n\nImprove the performance, stability, and scalability of the platform.\n\nCollaborate with the team on technical solutions, architecture, and continuous platform improvements.\nWhat we’re looking for\n\n3+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET\n\nStrong experience with ASP.NET Core\n\nCommercial experience with Microsoft Teams integrations\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API\n\nExperience with Teams calls, meetings, recordings, or communication APIs\n\nExperience building REST APIs and integrations with external services\n\nGood knowledge of SQL and relational databases\n\nSolid understanding of backend architecture and integration patterns\n\nExperience troubleshooting production issues\n\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks\n\nEnglish — B2+\nExperience that will be highly relevant\n\nFor this role, we are particularly interested in experience with:\n\nMicrosoft Graph Communications
