services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.\n\nBuild and maintain integrations with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph API, and Teams Communications APIs.\n\nDevelop features for calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data.\n\nCreate and support Microsoft Teams bots on Azure, including real-time notifications and activity processing.\n\nImplement and enhance Teams activity feed notifications.\n\nDevelop and maintain frontend features using React.\n\nBuild and integrate REST APIs and external services.\n\nConfigure and manage Azure-hosted services, bot authentication, and permissions using Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nInvestigate complex production issues and ensure system reliability.\n\nImprove platform performance, scalability, and overall architecture.\n\nTake ownership of technical solutions and collaborate on product improvements.\nWhat we're looking for\n\n5+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET.\n\nStrong expertise in ASP.NET Core and backend development.\n\nHands-on experience with React.\n\nProven commercial experience with Microsoft Teams integrations.\n\nStrong practical knowledge of Microsoft Graph API.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Graph Communications API and Teams Calls & Meetings APIs.\n\nExperience developing solutions involving calls, meetings, and recordings, including compliance or call-recording functionality.\n\nUnderstanding of VoIP, telephony systems, and voice communication platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with real-time audio/media processing, WebRTC, SIP, and RTP.\n\nExperience with SignalR / WebSockets.\n\nPractical experience with Azure, including hosting and managing bots and backend services.\n\nExperience with REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases.\n\nStrong understanding of backend architecture, integrations, and production troubleshooting.\n\nAbility to independently drive technical tasks and make well-reasoned engineering decisions.\n\nEnglish — B2+.\nWhat we
