through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other B2B lead generation channels.\nManage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to proposal writing, negotiation, and deal closure.\nUnderstand client requirements related to Website Development, Ecommerce Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing, and translate them into tailored service IT/software services sales, preferably in web development, ecommerce, or digital marketing services.\nBasic understanding of the IT services industry, including web technologies, ecommerce platforms and digital marketing concepts.\nExposure to international clients or bidding platforms such as Upwork.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.\nAbility to grasp technical requirements and translate them into clear, client-friendly proposals.\nStrong lead generation and prospecting skills through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (LinkedIn).\nGoal-oriented mindset with eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets.\nWorking knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting and documentation.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients across different time zones and cultures.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work both
