coordinate equipment repairs or replacements when necessary.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nThis position is open to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in IT support and fresher’s who have completed relevant training from institute.\nProven experience in installing and maintaining Ubuntu and Windows operating systems.\nStrong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.\nFamiliarity with network configurations and troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of security best practices and virus/malware protection.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and in a team.\nPrior experience in a similar IT support role is
