Task Management\nReview all client emails to understand new requirements, questions, approvals, issues, and urgent requests.\nReview ClickUp and Teamwork for priority tasks and requirements, including tasks assigned or highlighted by leadership.\nReview decisions and action items from previous meetings.\nDetermine daily and upcoming priorities based on urgency, client impact, deadlines, and team capacity.\nPlan and allocate tasks to ensure critical work is completed first.\nBalance client work, new projects, internal requirements, and upcoming deadlines without affecting existing client accounts.\nPPC Team Management & Operations\nConduct PPC operations meetings to review team priorities, pending work, deadlines, and client requirements.\nAssign tasks to individual PPC team members based on priority, workload, expertise, and deadlines.\nMonitor overall team workload and ensure responsibilities are distributed effectively.\nReview pending work of team members on leave and redistribute or reschedule tasks as required.\nDetermine which tasks must be completed before leave, which should be reassigned, and which can be scheduled for later.\nEnsure critical client work and time-sensitive deliverables continue without disruption during team members' absence.\nReprioritize tasks when unexpected leave, urgent client requests, or new high-priority work arises.\nProvide guidance and clarification to team members on PPC-related tasks and decisions.\nTeam Reporting & Leave Coordination\nAct as the reporting lead for the PPC team.\nReview and approve team members' leave requests, including partial-day/short leave requests, as per the internal process.\nAssess the impact of planned leave on ongoing PPC work before approving partial-day or leave requests.\nEnsure appropriate work coverage is planned when a team member is unavailable.\nInform management when a team member takes a full-day leave or an extended leave period.\nCoordinate workload planning around planned absences to ensure critical client responsibilities remain covered.\nTeam Communication, Blockers & Bottlenecks\nConnect with team members regularly regarding critical projects, important decisions, and project status.\nIdentify decision blockers, dependencies, and bottlenecks that may delay work.\nUnderstand issues faced by team members and help determine the appropriate solution or escalation.\nFollow up separately on critical projects where additional discussion or decision-making is required.\nCoordinate with relevant internal teams when PPC work requires additional information, access, technical support, or creative deliverables.\nClient Communication & Meetings\nReview and respond to client emails, ensuring communication is addressed within the required timeframe, generally by end of day.\nShare new month's ad copies, image text, creatives, and videos with clients for review and approval.\nResearch PPC-related questions when additional information or analysis is required before responding to clients.\nCoordinate internally when a client request requires input from another PPC team member or department.\nAttend client meetings to explain account performance, campaign activities, recommendations, issues, and next steps.\nConvert client meeting discussions into clear action items and assign them to the appropriate team members.\nFollow up on important client requirements and ensure commitments are tracked through to completion.\nManagement & Cross-Team Coordination\nAttend meetings with leadership to discuss PPC priorities, client requirements, upcoming tasks, strategic decisions, blockers, and next steps.\nTranslate decisions and priorities from these discussions into actionable tasks for the PPC team.\nKeep leadership informed about important team-level matters, including full-day or extended team leave and critical workload concerns.\nEscalate important client, team, or operational issues requiring management attention.\nCoordinate with the Performance Marketing Manager to understand requirements, priorities, and areas where PPC support is needed.\nNew Client Onboarding\nCoordinate PPC requirements for new client onboarding.\nCollect and verify required platform and account access.\nUnderstand initial client requirements, business objectives, and campaign goals.\nCoordinate with the appropriate PPC team member for account setup and initial campaign tasks.\nIdentify missing access, information, tracking requirements, or other dependencies.\nMonitor onboarding progress through setup and launch.\nMonthly PPC & Creative Refresh Planning\nMaintain monthly account refresh requirements within the overall PPC task plan.\nIdentify clients requiring new creative assets or campaign refreshes.\nCoordinate image and video requirements with the graphic design and video editing teams.\nShare creative requirements with the respective teams in advance.\nCoordinate with PPC team members to ensure approved assets are incorporated into campaigns.\nPlan monthly refresh work alongside regular account management so existing client work is not affected.\nPPC Account & Performance Oversight\nMaintain an overall view of PPC account priorities and performance requirements across clients.\nEnsure critical campaign issues are identified and assigned to the appropriate PPC team member.\nSupport team members with campaign strategy, optimization decisions, and troubleshooting when required.\nReview significant performance concerns and determine whether further analysis, client communication, or escalation is required.\nEnsure campaign-related tasks are completed according to client requirements and agreed timelines.\nWork closely with team members on account optimization, providing new strategies, optimization recommendations, and clear next steps for underperforming or priority accounts.\nSkills & Characteristics\nProven experience (4-6 years) in Pay-Per-Click advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads), with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.\nStrong understanding of PPC campaign strategy, optimization techniques, keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.\nProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts, deadlines, and team workloads simultaneously.\nExperience using project management tools such as ClickUp and Teamwork for task tracking and reporting.\nExcellent client communication skills, with the ability to present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently.\nStrong leadership and people-management skills, including task delegation, leave coordination, and team mentoring.\nAbility to identify blockers, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolutions.\nExperience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including graphic design, video editing, and performance marketing.\nStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, especially around reporting, approvals, and deadlines.\nAbility to escalate issues appropriately and keep management informed of critical team and account matters.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to underperforming accounts.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for both internal team coordination and external client-facing
