The role involves recruitment, employee relations, staff development, performance management, compliance with company policies, and ensuring a positive and professional working environment for all employees.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and strategies in line with the hotel’s objectives.\nManage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files.\nPrepare appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.\nMonitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, and general employee conduct.\nCoordinate staff orientation, training, development, and performance appraisal programs.\nHandle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflicts, and other workplace concerns professionally.\nEnsure compliance with hotel policies, employment regulations, and applicable labour laws.\nWork closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure adequate manpower.\nPrepare regular HR reports for management, including staff strength, recruitment, turnover, attendance, and disciplinary matters.\nAssist management with payroll-related information, salary reviews, and other employee benefits.\nPromote teamwork, professionalism, discipline, and good customer-service standards among employees.\nOrganize staff meetings, welfare activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.\nMaintain confidentiality of employee and company information.\nCarry out other HR-related duties assigned by management.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or a related field.\nProfessional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or other relevant certification will be an added advantage.\n5–10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or personnel management.\nPrevious experience in the hotel, hospitality, or service industry is highly desirable.\nExperience managing recruitment, employee relations, staff performance, and disciplinary processes is required.\nExperience working with a diverse workforce and multiple departments will be an advantage.\nApplication Closing
