improvement in retention through a best-in-class delivery experience.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwn end-to-end operations across multiple Quick Commerce dark stores, ensuring operational excellence and consistent service levels.\nDrive key operational metrics including SLA, OTIF, OPH, order fulfilment, productivity, and rider availability.\nLead and manage Store Managers, Team Leaders, and operations teams to build a culture of accountability and high performance.\nPlan manpower and rider requirements based on order volumes, demand patterns, peak hours, and operational requirements.\nMonitor planned vs. actual rider supply, absenteeism, utilisation, and productivity, and take corrective actions to bridge gaps.\nAnalyse operational data and dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive corrective actions.\nOwn key cost and efficiency metrics including CPO, pendency, cancellations, manpower productivity, and operational losses.\nEnsure smooth operations during peak demand periods, festivals, rain, unexpected volume spikes, and other operational disruptions.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to improve productivity, service levels, and customer experience.\nDrive Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives across dark stores and standardise best practices across the network.\nBuild effective monitoring mechanisms and review operational performance regularly to ensure adherence to business targets.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including Supply, Central Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.\nEnsure adherence to standard operating processes, operational controls, and safety guidelines across all dark stores.\nActively identify opportunities to improve rider utilisation, manpower efficiency, order fulfilment, and overall cost efficiency.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nGraduation degree from an accredited university with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Last-Mile Logistics, or Operations.\nPrior experience managing multiple dark stores, hubs, or operational locations will be preferred.\nStrong understanding of Quick Commerce operations, order fulfilment, rider operations, and last-mile delivery.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and dashboards.\nGood knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and operational dashboards.\nStrong understanding of key operational metrics such as SLA, OTIF, OPH, CPO, pendency, cancellations, rider productivity, and availability.\nStrong people management and leadership skills with the ability to manage Store Managers, Team Leaders, and frontline teams.\nHigh ownership, accountability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience managing operations across multiple Quick Commerce dark stores.\nStrong data-driven approach with the ability to identify operational gaps and translate insights into actionable solutions.\nDemonstrated experience in improving SLA, productivity, rider utilisation, cost efficiency, and order fulfilment.\nAbility to handle high-pressure situations, changing priorities, peak demand, and operational disruptions.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.\nDemonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.\nKnowledge of Kaizen, Lean Operations, RCA, and process improvement methodologies will be an added
