In this role, you will be responsible for validating payroll inputs and outputs, identifying discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and managing the company's HRMS platform end-to-end.\nYou will also oversee core HR operational processes, ensure statutory compliance, and continuously improve HR processes through effective use of HR technology.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Payroll Management & Administration\nMust have prior hands-on experience managing the complete monthly payroll cycle independently, from collecting payroll inputs to final payroll processing.\nReview and validate automated payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy of salaries, attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.\nEnsure accurate computation of statutory components such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory deductions.\nCoordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation, statutory filings, and tax-related documentation.\nHandle employee queries related to salary payouts, pay slips, tax declarations, deductions, and payroll discrepancies with confidentiality and empathy.\nMaintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.\n2. HRMS Management & Administration\nProgram management implementation of the company's HRMS platform (e.g., Keka, Darwinbox, Workday, or equivalent), ensuring data accuracy, system hygiene, and effective utilization.\nMonitor attendance, leave balances, and payroll inputs within the HRMS to ensure accuracy and consistency.\n3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management\nManage day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes.\nHandle employee documentation, personnel records, employee data updates, and HR-related documentation.\nManage attendance, leave management, employee queries, and other HR operational requirements.\nSupport the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and employees to resolve HR operational queries efficiently.\nMaintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.\nQualifications\n2-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, with mandatory prior experience independently handling end-to-end payroll processing.\nPrevious experience managing payroll through an HRMS or payroll management platform.\nExperience administering and managing an HRMS platform such as Keka, Darwinbox or equivalent Payroll.\nTechnical Skills & Requirements\nStrong understanding of the complete payroll cycle, payroll components, salary structures, statutory deductions, and applicable labor laws.\nHands-on experience in validating and processing payroll using automated payroll systems.\nProficiency in HRMS administration, employee database management, and workflow configuration.\nAdvanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formulas for data validation and reconciliation.\nGood understanding of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills..\nHigh attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential employee
