influencing through capability, not hierarchy.\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical Expertise\nGraduates from IITs, NITs or other Tier-1 colleges.\n7-9 years of backend/full-stack engineering experience, with leadership responsibilities.\nStrong command of Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Golang.\nDeep understanding of microservices, CQRS, DDD, and event-driven architecture.\nExperience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Redis/Hazelcast and opensearch.\nFamiliarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.\nComfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS (ECS, EC2, API Gateway, Cognito).\nKnowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing.\nLeadership Experience\nLed multiple engineering projects to measurable outcomes.\nStrong ability to identify risks early and design preventive systems.\nExperience mentoring engineers and raising technical standards.\nAble to balance hands-on execution with architecture and planning.\nMindset & Culture Fit\nOutcome-first, not output-first.\nThinks in metrics and root causes, not assumptions.\nOwnership-driven -
