In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing user-facing applications across web and mobile platforms. As an SDE 2, you will not only contribute to the development process but also mentor junior engineers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive best practices in frontend rise to the top.\nWork closely with senior engineers, UX designers and product managers to develop friendly UI experiences.\nWork closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design.\nDevelop/maintain operational rigor for the frontend of a fast-growing Blitz tech stack.\nEngage with customers and other partners.\nBuild highly scalable, maintainable and user friendly web app and mobile app \nHelp with hiring and mentoring.\nTake user-facing features from design to implementation, coding both the UI and backend functionality.\nBuild reusable code and libraries for future use.\nEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.\nOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.\nCollaborate with other team members and stakeholders.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nProven experience in building mobile or cross platform applications using Flutter/Kotlin/Swift/React Native.\nProficiency in developing frontend software, with deep experience in one or more relevant frontend MVC/MVVM frameworks, UI unit testing.\n2+ years of experience in multi-tier mobile/app architecture with knowledge of native/cross-platform app development.\nExcellent knowledge of design principles of components, store and state management\nStrong Computer Science fundamentals (such as data structures, algorithms, architecture, OO design)\nExcellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication in
