As a HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of job descriptions, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating with hiring managers, and helping to build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
