We’re building a brand people want to follow and a community they want to be part of.\nWe’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on marketer to work directly with the CEO and take ownership of a broad range of marketing activity.\nThe role\nYou’ll turn business priorities into campaigns, organise delivery and drive work through to completion.\nThis is a startup role with a broad remit. You’ll plan and execute campaigns yourself, coordinate internal team members and freelancers, and take responsibility for results across multiple channels.\nWe need someone who can take an objective, work out what needs doing and get it delivered without constant oversight. You’ll help shape the strategy, bring your own ideas and make day-to-day decisions within agreed priorities and budgets.\nYou should understand crypto, casino and internet culture, with the commercial judgment to turn that understanding into campaigns that attract and retain players.\nResponsibilities\nPlan and deliver campaigns across marketing activations, paid media, CRM, content, creators and affiliates, taking direct ownership of activity as required.\nTurn company priorities into clear plans, briefs, deadlines and measurable targets.\nOwn the marketing calendar and keep campaigns and projects moving.\nCoordinate relevant team members, freelancers and partners, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.\nWork with product, operations and marketing colleagues to deliver launches, promotions and updates.\nWrite and review campaign copy, briefs and promotional messaging that fit the Blitzed brand.\nTrack campaign spend and analyse player acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue to assess performance.\nTest new ideas, improve underperforming activity and build repeatable processes around what works.\nProactively identify gaps, resolve problems and keep leadership informed of results and decisions requiring input.\nRequirements\nExperience owning and delivering multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in iGaming, crypto or a closely related business.\nA strong marketing generalist who is comfortable planning, executing, analysing results and coordinating others.\nAble to take a broad objective and turn it into delivered work without needing detailed instructions.\nStrong understanding of crypto, casino, streaming and internet culture.\nStrong written English and the ability to produce engaging content without sounding corporate or relying on generic AI copy.\nCommercial awareness, with the ability to look beyond clicks and impressions to understand player quality and financial results.\nUnderstanding of how acquisition, product marketing, CRM and community activity fit together.\nExperience coordinating colleagues, freelancers or external partners to deliver campaigns.\nOrganised, proactive and accountable, with sound judgment about priorities and when to escalate.\nComfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving, ambitious startup.\nBenefits\n25 days’ annual leave plus applicable public
