(SQL Server, Oracle).\n\n- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a strong configuration team.\n\n- Excellent communication skills for onsite-offshore coordination.\n\n- Insurance industry domain knowledge.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities : \n\n- Assist onsite configuration team in estimations, Proof of Concepts, and design of robust configuration solutions.\n\n- Prepare and enhance detailed design documentation (Field Mapping, Data Model, Rules Definition).\n\n- Develop complex configuration components using GOSU, Rules Engine, and PCF.\n\n- Identify and develop reusable framework components for multiple projects.\n\n- Unit and functional test configuration solutions using GUnit and Mockito.\n\n- Prepare build and implementation plans and report work stream
